1. Who we are & how to contact us

Reach2world Management Consultancy is an independent UK market-entry advisory and operational support platform. We are the data controller for the personal data you submit through this website.

Business address: Preston, Lancashire, United Kingdom.
Contact email: director@reach2world.com
WhatsApp: +44 7887 137592

If you have a question about this policy or your data, email us at the address above. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.

2. What data we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us when you contact us, including:

  • Name, email address, business name, phone number (optional), service requested and your enquiry details (via our contact form, email or WhatsApp).
  • Any message or details you provide about your business and goals.
  • Records of correspondence if you then correspond with us by email or WhatsApp.

If you contact us by WhatsApp, the message content and your phone number are processed by WhatsApp. We only use these details to respond to your enquiry.

We do not collect special category personal data (such as health, ethnicity or religious beliefs). Please do not send us any such data.

3. Why we use it & legal basis

We use your personal data to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call.
  • Assess whether and how we can help with your UK market entry.
  • Keep a record of our correspondence.

Our legal basis is legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry and running our advisory business) and, where applicable, contract or steps toward a contract. We do not rely on consent for marketing; we do not send marketing emails.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with the processors needed to operate this website and respond to you:

  • FormSubmit — handles our contact form submissions and forwards them to our email, and sends an automated acknowledgement reply to the email address you provide. See formsubmit.co.
  • hCaptcha — provides the human-verification check on our contact form. See hCaptcha Privacy Policy.
  • Calendly — lets you book a call directly. If you use it, Calendly processes your booking details. See Calendly Privacy Policy.
  • Tawk.to — powers our optional live chat widget. See Tawk.to Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudflare — hosts this website and provides security and SSL. See Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
  • Google Fonts — serves the fonts used on this site. Google may receive your IP address and technical data. See Google Privacy Policy.
  • WhatsApp — if you message us on WhatsApp. See WhatsApp Privacy Policy.

Where we coordinate regulated services (banking, legal, tax, company formation), we will only share your data with an authorised provider with your agreement and where needed to progress your enquiry.

5. International transfers

Because we use Google Fonts, Cloudflare and WhatsApp, your data may be transferred outside the UK. These providers rely on appropriate safeguards such as International Data Transfer Agreements or the UK adequacy regulations. If you would like more information, contact us at the email above.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client (in which case we keep records for the duration of our relationship and any legal, tax or accounting retention period that applies). You can ask us to delete it sooner (see Your rights).

7. Cookies & fonts

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies set are strictly necessary for the contact form to function. We load web fonts from Google Fonts; if you prefer not to share data with Google, your browser will fall back to a standard system font.

8. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Erasure of your personal data (subject to legal retention).
  • Restrict or object to our processing.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured format.
  • Withdraw consent where we rely on it.
  • Complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

To exercise any of these rights, email director@reach2world.com. We respond within one month.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be reflected here.
